I seem to have lost my spiritual momentum and when I try to pray, either doze off or become distracted: at a time when the Lord is blessing me so much, too! I become v.easily depressed (perhaps because of the menopause?) and keep having nasty flare-ups of IBS which prevent me from going out, especially to Mass. I feel isolated and am ashamed of my lack of inner courage and patience! Your prayers for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit would be so welcome; also for all my family: husband, children, grandchildren, mother and especially my husband's parents.
